Business Loans - Unsecured Business Loans with ITRs Details

Eligibility & Documents Required for Unsecured Business Loans:

 

  • Minimum 3 Year of Business like 3 Years of Valid ITRs Should be there to apply for Unsecured Business Loans (Income Tax Returns - ITRs). (Note: Gap in Each ITR Submission date should be at least 6 Months to 12 Months). Note: Current Financial Year Projection / Estimate also needed.

  • Applicant(s)  Last 3 Years ITRs (Income Tax Returns) in additon to Business ITRs.

  • Applicant(s) Business Should be running with Profit as per ITRs.
  • Last 6 Months to 12 Year Current Account Bank Statement of Business in pdf format. In case of Partnership Firm / Privated Limited Companies all Partners / Directors Last 6 Months Bank Statments is required.

  • Valid Business License Document (Like Sole Proprietor / Partnership / LLP / OPC / Pvt Ltd / VAT / GST etc.,)

  • Aplicant(s) CIBIL Score Should be as per Bank / NBFC Exceptions i.e 650 and above.
  • No Cheques Bounces in last 3 to 6 Months. Maximum 2 to 3 Cheques in last one year with valid justification may be considered.
  • PAN Card of Proprietor / Partners / Director(s) & also Business PAN Card (if applicable)

  • Business Owner(s) Address Proof like Passport, Aadhaar Card, Voter’s ID

  • Business Address Proof Document like Latest Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Property Tax Paid Receipt

  • Good Repayment Track of Existing Loans of Business AND also Applicants Existing Loans Details. In case of Private Limited / Proprietorship Company all Directors / Parters CIBIL and Existing Loan Repayment Track Should be Good.
